Since its re-opening in June 2015, our nursery has had three qualified staff members and a permanent student completing her Level 3 qualification as part of her course training.

Our Team

At Treetops Day Nursery, we pride ourselves on creating a warm, nurturing, and supportive environment for every child. Meet our dedicated team:

Ms Winnie
Manager / Provider
Winnie leads the nursery with a passion for early years education and a commitment to providing a safe, inspiring space for children to grow and thrive.

She has a BA management of business information and masters in Early years teacher status, Winnie has a wealth of experience in management as well as working with children over the last 10 years and thrives seeing the children that attend our setting develop as confident individuals.
Miss Megan
Assistant Manager
Megan brings experience, enthusiasm, and a caring nature to her role, supporting both the team and the children with dedication.

Backed by a wealth of experience in supporting children with SEND. In addition Miss Megan is a thriving assistant manager who takes pride in her work and the development of the children she supports as well as supporting her manager.  
Miss Jess
Baby Room
Qualified in Level 2 Early Years Diploma, Jess has years of experience and is currently progressing through her Level 3 training. Her gentle, calm presence makes her a favourite among our youngest children.
Miss Paige
Pre-school Room
Paige holds a Level 2 qualification and is nearly finished with her Level 3. She brings energy and creativity to the pre-school room, encouraging learning through play.
Miss Sophie
Temporary Staff
Sophie supports the nursery team as a valued temporary member, bringing flexibility and kindness to her role.
Miss Amanda
Temporary Staff
Amanda also joins us as temporary support, helping to ensure smooth, caring daily routines throughout the nursery.

Our director holds Early Years Teacher Status (a postgraduate qualification), which our nursery manager is currently working towards.

Our setting manager holds a Level 3 qualification and has over 22 years of experience in a variety of childcare settings, including children's centres, private nurseries, day-care nurseries, private schools, and community nurseries. She is currently undertaking a foundation degree in Early Years and Childhood with the Open University, which will elevate her qualification status to Level 5.

One staff member is a Level 2 apprentice and is being supported by the nursery to achieve her Level 3 childcare qualification. She continues to develop her knowledge through training and support from her highly qualified colleagues.

Our staff are fully vetted and have undertaken extensive training, including:

  • Paediatric First Aid
  • Food Hygiene
  • Safeguarding
  • SENCO (Special Educational Needs Coordinator) Training
  • Child Protection

We are committed to continuous professional development and regularly enhance our knowledge through external courses.
