At Treetops Day Nursery, we pride ourselves on creating a warm, nurturing, and supportive environment for every child. Meet our dedicated team:
Ms Winnie is the Manager and Provider of Treetops Day Nursery, playing a central role in the leadership, management and overall development of the setting. She is passionate about Early Years education and is committed to creating a safe, nurturing, inclusive and stimulating environment where every child is encouraged to learn, grow and reach their full potential.
With a BA in Management of Business Information and a Master’s qualification in Early Years Teacher Status, Ms Winnie brings together strong leadership and management skills with extensive knowledge and experience within the Early Years sector. She has over 10 years of experience working with children, alongside significant experience in nursery management and the day-to-day operation of an Early Years setting.
As Manager and Provider, Ms Winnie is responsible for providing strategic leadership across the nursery, ensuring that high standards of safeguarding, education, care and wellbeing are consistently maintained. She works closely with the nursery team to support their professional development, promote effective teamwork and ensure that all staff have the guidance and resources they need to provide outstanding care.
Ms Winnie is also committed to building strong, positive relationships with children, families and staff, recognising the importance of partnership working in supporting children's development. She takes great pride in creating a welcoming nursery environment where children feel valued, confident and secure.
Her greatest passion is seeing children develop into confident, independent and happy individuals. Through her leadership, dedication and commitment to Early Years education, Ms Winnie strives to ensure that every child at Treetops Day Nursery receives the care, encouragement and opportunities they need to thrive.

Is returning to our nursery, having previously worked with us for five years before leaving to pursue further opportunities.
During her time with us, Miss Estelle demonstrated extensive experience in Early Years education and consistently showed enthusiasm, dedication and a genuine commitment to supporting the children in our care. She is a highly supportive and reliable individual who works exceptionally well as part of a team.
Miss Estelle is backed by a wealth of experience supporting children within the Early Years sector. In addition to her childcare experience, she has extensive experience working as a Deputy/Assistant Manager, where she takes great pride in supporting the development and wellbeing of the children.
She has also demonstrated strong leadership skills, regularly supporting the management team and confidently taking responsibility for the nursery in the absence of the Manager. Her ability to lead, communicate effectively and maintain a high standard of care makes her a valuable member of our team.
We are delighted to welcome Miss Estelle back to our nursery and are confident that her experience, dedication and passion for Early Years education will continue to make a positive contribution to our setting.

Miss Claire has recently joined our growing team, bringing with her an impressive 18 years of experience working within a variety of nursery settings.
Miss Claire will be working as part of our Senior Team Leader and Baby Room team. She brings a wealth of enthusiasm, creativity and professionalism to the setting, while also being a fantastic team player who works collaboratively with colleagues to provide the highest standard of care for the children.
Miss Claire has a calm, caring and approachable nature, which is particularly valuable when working within the Baby Room. She is committed to creating a warm, nurturing and positive environment where babies feel safe, secure and supported. Her gentle approach and dedication help to create the best possible atmosphere for the babies in our care.

Sophie is a valued member of the nursery team, providing effective administrative and organisational support while continuing her university studies. She demonstrates excellent time-management skills and the ability to balance her academic commitments with her responsibilities within the nursery environment.
In her role, Sophie supports the day-to-day administration of the setting, helping to ensure that records, documentation, communications and organisational tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. She is highly organised, reliable and attentive to detail, contributing to the smooth running of the nursery and supporting colleagues wherever required.
Sophie brings a warm, professional and approachable manner to her work. She has a kind and nurturing approach when interacting with children and understands the importance of creating a safe, welcoming and positive environment. Her calm and patient nature enables her to build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.

Miss Aimee is a valued Level 2 Apprentice working within our Pre-School Room. She brings a warm, cheerful and enthusiastic personality to the setting, creating a positive and engaging atmosphere for the children in her care. Her friendly and approachable nature allows her to build strong, trusting relationships with the children while supporting them to feel safe, confident and valued.
Aimee is passionate about working with children and demonstrates a genuine enthusiasm for supporting their learning, development and individual needs. She actively engages with the children through play and everyday activities, encouraging them to explore, communicate, develop their independence and build confidence in their abilities.
As an apprentice, Aimee shows a strong commitment to learning and professional development. She is eager to gain new knowledge, develop her practical skills and learn from the experienced members of the nursery team. She responds positively to guidance and feedback and is continually developing her understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage and the importance of providing high-quality care and learning experiences.
Aimee is also flexible and adaptable in her approach to her role. She is willing to support different aspects of the daily routine and works well as part of the wider nursery team. She understands the importance of good timekeeping, reliability and professionalism and is continuing to strengthen these skills as she progresses through her apprenticeship.
Aimee is passionate about working with children and demonstrates a genuine enthusiasm for supporting their learning, development and individual needs. Miss Jess is a qualified Level 2 Early Years Practitioner with several years of experience working within early years settings and is currently progressing through her Level 3 training. She brings a calm, gentle and nurturing approach to her role, creating a warm and reassuring environment for our youngest children. Jess is attentive to each child’s individual needs and is committed to supporting their development, wellbeing and early learning through caring and responsive interactions.
Catherine is a qualified Level 3 practitioner with vast experience in the Early Years over many years Catherine supports the team on a temporary basis. She brings a caring approach, valuable experience and a strong commitment to supporting the children and team.
Our director holds Early Years Teacher Status (a postgraduate qualification), which our nursery manager is currently working towards.
Our setting manager holds a Level 3 qualification and has over 22 years of experience in a variety of childcare settings, including children's centres, private nurseries, day-care nurseries, private schools, and community nurseries. She is currently undertaking a foundation degree in Early Years and Childhood with the Open University, which will elevate her qualification status to Level 5.
One staff member is a Level 2 apprentice and is being supported by the nursery to achieve her Level 3 childcare qualification. She continues to develop her knowledge through training and support from her highly qualified colleagues.

- SENCO (Special Educational Needs Coordinator) Training
- Child Protection
We are committed to continuous professional development and regularly enhance our knowledge through external courses.
